Key Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Your booking will be subject to The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR) but you will only benefit from the rights of these regulations if you book the accommodation and other elements of your holiday at the same time (within 24 hours).  If you book the other elements at a later date, your holiday will not be considered a package and will only benefit from the rights for single element holidays.  Please see our PTR page for further information.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 per bed booked is required to confirm a reservation - bookings can be made online or by calling our office on 0203 411 5439.
  • The full holiday balance for the chalet and travel arrangements is due 10 weeks before your arrival date - this payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer to our sterling account - no charges are applied, no matter which payment method you choose. 
  • Bookings for ski passes, lessons and equipment rental are on a separate invoice and must be paid in euros by debit or credit card. Payment is due for these extras just before your holiday - so you book in advance, but pay at the last minute. Changes can be made up until the week you are due to arrive. 
  • Cancellations are subject to the cancellation charges detailed in our Full Terms and Conditions and booking changes will be subject to a £20 per person, per change admin fee
  • Every passenger must be in possession of adequate travel insurance to cover their individual travel arrangements and the risks of taking part in winter sports - we do not sell or advise on insurance. 
  • We are the owner/operator of all our catered chalets along with our in-house self catered chalet programme - so you'll get the best price deals directly from us. If you are offered one of our chalets at a cheaper price than we have offered, then this is most likely not from a genuine source. Please let us know and we will look into it immediately as we take fraud prevention very seriously. 
  • For our catered chalets, all prices are per adult in a standard double or twin room occupied by two people unless stated as a full chalet price - child prices are available in triple rooms, family rooms and family suites. Under-occupancy supplements apply to certain rooms. 
  • You will be required to pay the additional cost of the tourist tax levied by the French government - this varies by resort between 1 euro and 2 euros per adult over 18 per night.  For catered chalet and in-house self catered chalet accommodation, this charge is added to your booking and paid to us.  For other self-catered accommodation, you will be required to pay the tourist tax on arrival in euros.
  • Your email address and basic personal information will be added to our systems for the purposes of responding to your enquiry, dealing with your booking and providing you with information about our holidays, including automated newsletters. We do not share this information with anybody else or use it for purposes other than as described. Some of these emails may be automated. If you wish to unsubscribe from our automated email database, you may do so at any time you choose by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in every automated email. This does not affect direct communication which we need to do in connection with a holiday booking.  
  • In the unlikely event of a complaint or problem during your holiday, you must follow the complaints procedure defined in our Full Terms and Conditions which means you must report the problem immediately it occurs during your holiday and, if we are unable to resolve the issue, follow up with a written complaint to within 14 days of your return.
All card payments are processed using a Euro card processing facility - this means that your payment will be exchanged into Euros at the rate determined by the bank at the time that your card is processed so there may be a fluctuation in the exchange rate from the point your card payment is taken to when it shows on your bank statement.  Your card issuer may charge for the transaction.  Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer directly to our UK account.  We accept part and multiple payments using different methods.

Supplementary Terms for Discounted Holidays

From time to time, we may offer discounts and special promotions on our holidays. There are some additional terms which apply if you have received any form of discount:

  • Offers are applicable for new bookings only and cannot be retrospectively applied to an existing reservation. 
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or combined together unless described as a combined package. 
  • All discounted prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • Early booking discounts and offers may have different payment terms - if an offer is subject to payment by a certain date, failure to pay by that date will result in the discount being removed from your holiday booking.
