Ski Amis has been announced by the British Travel Awards (BTA's) as a top three finalist for the "Best Ski and Winter Sports Tour Operator 2013" for the second year running

Ski Amis operates 18 catered chalets along with having an extensive self-catered programme, and has been operating as a family business since 1989.  The company ethos is providing a high quality service to its clients at affordable value for money prices.  Ski Amis places particular emphasis on having highly trained chalet and resort staff, comfortable chalets with hot tubs all within five minutes of the piste, with excellent wholesome home cooked food provided to guests in huge quantities along with a management support team in every resort who are on hand to ensure that every guest has the perfect holiday. 

British Travel Awards 2013

Ski Amis primarily operates in the well-known top resorts of Les Menuires and La Tania in the Three Valleys along with La Plagne and Les Arcs in the Paradiski area.  On the self-catered side, the company also operates within the Espace Killy, along with extending the programme across the entire Three Valleys and Paradiski areas.  Ski Amis also offers clients a fully licensed transfer service with a fleet of 15 minibuses operating primarily from Geneva and Chambery airports to the Three Valleys and Paradiski areas.

Ed van Zadelhoff, the company’s Operations Director said “We were delighted to discover that we are among the top three finalists for the “Best Ski and Winter Sports Tour Operator Award 2013” – for the second year running our guests have supported us by voting and as a small company up against some tough competition this means a lot.  We plan some further improvements to our chalets and service for this coming season and continue to be fully committed to maintaining the high standards consistently delivered by our staff both in resort and in our UK sales office – we see this success as a vote of confidence in the hands on way we run the business as a family with my wife and I based in resort during the season and our daughter Danielle taking care of the UK side of things. This news has given us all a great boost to start the new ski season!
