As those regular skiers among you will know, the first day of arrival can be traumatic and involve very little skiing as you try to find out where to get your ski pass, stand in the queue with the thousands of other people that also arrived on the same day and finally get there to find they have just closed for lunch!!!  Eventually, ski pass in hand, you have to hire your equipment - working out what you need from all the different types available - and then book those lessons for the kids or find a private instructor for your best mate's nervous wife who has been convinced to ski against her better judgement ........ Finally at some point in the late afternoon you can put your feet in your bindings and head for the lift just to make sure you get at least ONE run done before it gets dark!

As long as you book your ski passes and other requirements via us, during your stay in our catered chalets, we provide an optional free ski hosting service for three days per week - our resort hosts will ski with you and show you the best areas of the resort .... so you can throw the piste map away and put yourself in the hands of the guys that really know where to go.  The service is available subject to weather conditions and local resort regulation and for intermediate skiers and above and must be pre-booked in advanced to guarantee your place.  Guests in self catered accommodation in the resorts where we operate the service are also welcome to join the ski hosting days by prior arrangement.
