Chalet
Anniek sleeps up to 14/16 people in
3
double rooms, 1 double room with 2 extra single beds and 3 twin rooms
- all with full en-suite facilities and some rooms with balconies.
The chalet also has a luxury sauna and
spa-bath jacuzzi with powerful bubbles and jets to sooth away those
apres-ski aches and pains. Use of the single beds in the quad room is
optional and occupancy is normally based on 14 adults.
The
chalet is located close to the centre of the village of
Montalbert, one of the 10 villages of La
Plagne and part of the Paradiski area. It is approximately 150m from the pistes, lift system and ski school. The village is built
around a pretty traditional French hamlet with a quaint high street of shops
and boutiques, a supermarket, 11 restaurants and bars and a discotheque.
The location is ideal for those looking for a beautiful, more traditional
resort, a luxury chalet, high level of service and a good ski area.
Although the village does have bars for that apres-ski drink, it isn't great
for the wild party animals.

chalet was completed in the Autumn of 2002 and has plenty of room with 200m2 of living space. The lounge, with a
beautiful log fire and
stone fireplace has doors leading to
the large balcony and terrace
area with spectacular views over the Tarentaise Valley towards Mont
Blanc. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for
16 persons with HiFi system,
Satellite TV and DVD - a
small selection of films, music and games is
provided but you are advised to bring your own
favourites with you. The chalet also has a WIFI
internet connection for your laptop which we provide free of charge.
Bedrooms are all en-suite with fully tiled
shower rooms - one bedroom has a bath with shower over and the others have
shower cubicles. There are 4 double rooms (one of which has two
additional single beds) and 3 twin rooms - some double rooms have
balconies. Towels and linen are supplied and
each room is comfortably furnished with ample storage space,
built in wardrobes, electricity
points and heating.

The leisure room is equipped with a luxury jacuzzi spa bath with powerful jets
to massage away the aches and pains of a day skiing. The sauna will
easily seat 6-8 people provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.
The room is also equipped with a power-shower. |

The chalet has an
electric boot warmer in the ski room
and ski lockers where you are able to leave your skis safely and enjoy the luxury of warm boots the next
morning.
Non-ski activities
available in the area include husky dog sleds, snow-shoe walking, the La
Plagne bobsleigh experience on the Olympic piste and a weekly programme of events held in the
village including games evenings, aerobics sessions and events for the kids.
Night-time skiing available each week on a lit nursery piste .... organised
by the local ski school.
