The space in the chalet is good. The lessons we had with Snow Bow, were excellent, nice small group. We have enjoyed the Ski Amis format, the food is good (still not too sure about the turkey bake!), and unlike some operators don't ration the wine, and allow any opened bottles to be finished on the night. We understand there were a few teething problems with this being a new chalet - just a couple of suggestions that we think would really help - bedside reading lamps, some hooks in rooms to hang coats etc up and a couple of extra lights in the lounge to read by. "We arrived home safely on Saturday and thought I would send an email thanking you and your team for such an enjoyable holiday. After the bumpy start to the holiday and delayed flights we were met by your three drivers and immediately felt confident at their ability to deliver what had been promised. The accommodation was much better than expected .... the location couldn't have been improved ..... the atmosphere throughout the week was all about fun and enjoyment. The hot tub was most welcome at the end of a days skiing. Others in the party didn't think they would use it - but it turned out to be most welcome for the tired muscles and was a real 'hit'. The food was superb ..... such good quality and varied meals ..... the chalet hosts worked tremendously hard and are a credit to your company. "I am writing on behalf of everyone in our group having just returned from La Tania. We all wanted to let you know that our holiday at Chalet Christine was an enormous success due mainly to the fact that the Chalet worked so perfectly for us and that the staff there were quite simply the best we have encountered anywhere! They really are a superb team and we could not fault them on anything. They were permanently cheerful, helpful, tolerant, considerate, fun, and just about any positive adjective you would like to add! The chalet layout worked very well for us especially being able to separate the two sitting rooms (especially as we seemed to have hundreds of children and inherited several more!) which was a godsend. Everyone was very happy with the bedrooms once the eaves had been negotiated! There was always hot water, beds etc were comfortable, everything was kept beautifully clean. The food was great and was enjoyed by everyone especially the cakes which disappeared at unbelievable speed. We were lucky with the weather, and the snow was mainly excellent, so skiing was fantastic.
