Resort Information - Les Menuires |
|
 |
| |
Les Menuires is situated in the Belleville Valley, the largest of the Three Valleys - just below Val Thorens and above St Martin de Belleville. The resort is at the linking point between Meribel and Val Thorens via one of it's 4 summits, the Mont de la Chambre. It is an excellent base to explore the whole area with easy access to Val Thorens and to Meribel as well as hopping across the tops of the mountains to the Courchevel Valley - a Three Valleys pass is a must here for anyone other than a beginner! The gondola lift outside our Chalets de Bruyeres, takes you to the top of Mont de la Chambre - straight up to 2850m in one go. Our Chalets de Bettaix are nestling in a beautiful location below the other high summit of the resort - La Masse - a heaven for off-piste skiing with excellent conditions guaranteed.
The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" award for it's facilities for children and families - there's a host of activities here for the times when you've had enough of skiing. Next to our chalets in Bruyeres, you'll find a heated swimming pool and there's another one in the main village in the sports and well being complex. Here you'll also find a fitness room, sunbeds, massage and spas as well as traditional sports facilities for squash, badminton, table tennis, volley ball and many others. There's also a tabogonning piste, snowscooters, quads and buggies if you fancy something a little more adventurous.
Les Menuires also offers a Snow Guarantee - with it's high location (the village is at 1850m) and the fact that 45% of the pistes are protected with snow-making the snow conditions are sure.

Menuires was added to our programme in 2006 with the opening of our
Chalets de Bruyeres - these chalets have got to be in the best position
in the Three Valleys for ski-in/ski-out! In 2007, we added the
beautiful Chalets de Bettaix and now have 11 chalets in the resort as
well as an extensive self-catered programme.
