unfortunately we are unable to prebook these before your arrival but you can
purchase them at any of the lift pass offices in the resort.

family pass is available for families for 4 or more people – with a maximum of
2 adults and a minimum of 2 children (5 to 17 years old).To qualify as a family, the adults and
children need to normally share the same surname (although not essential if
family relationship can be proven) and be living at the same address.Proof of family and residential status may be
requested in the resort.

Free Passes
Children
under 5 years old and adults over 75 years are free – if you would like us to
provide free passes we need to have a copy of the passport and a passport
photograph in advance (this can be by email scan).
