Lift Passes
For our guests in most resorts, we are able to issue your lift passes for you in advance which allows you to avoid the Saturday queues and get as quickly as possible on to the slopes. Our service is free and are prices are identical to the standard prices in resort so why not take advantage? All you need to do is let us know what you want and we'll take care of the rest.
Ski School
Working with both ESF (Ecole du Ski Francaise) and with local private and international ski schools in the resorts, we can offer a variety of lesson choices to suit your needs for group lessons, private instructors, individual private lessons, kids and adults! Skiing, snowboarding plus in some resort specialist lessons for off-piste, freestyle and extreme! We don't offer ALL the options available in resort but the main ones requested by our guests - if you want something we don't have on our list, just ask.
There's something for everyone - even the most advanced skier. We have long standing relationships with the ski schools and can often find places that you can't find yourself - although of course, if they are really fully booked we can't magic additional places, so always advisable to book early. We are also on hand to liaise between you and the ski school in the event of problems and can assist with class moves, problems with individual instructors or general questions - again this is subject to some provisos as the service provided by the ski school is outside of our control but we do generally have more influence in resolving problems than you would have yourself.

Equipment Hire
We have contract arrangements for every resort we operate in to provide you with a discounted equipment rental service. Our prices are fixed for the season and are discounted by between 20% and 40% from the standard public price from the same supplier and whilst we can't always keep track of all the local offers and internet prices, these discounts mean that our rates are usually significantly less than you would be able to find yourself in resort or on the internet.
Nanny Service and Child Care
In all resorts we are able to offer some form of childcare service which may be either a private nanny, babysitting services, an English run playgroup or a local nursery facility. The individual services have different minimum age rules and ratios of children to carers depending on the facilities they have - we prefer you call us to discuss your individual requirements so we can recommend the best solution for your needs. Details for each resort are also included on our resort pages. Pre-booking is essential for all child-care as places are limited and become full very quickly, particularly during school holiday periods. |
