As a family business, we care for each and every guest individually
and try to provide a package which is as flexible as possible to their
individual needs with a range of different accommodation options,
flexibility to travel to the resort in whichever way you choose and a
full in-resort service so you can choose the ski passes, equipment
rental and ski lesson options you need.
We set the standards of our catered chalets ourselves, and carefully recruit,
train and monitor our staff to ensure that these standards are
maintained ... so you can be sure our staff will deliver a great
service, whichever chalet you choose. We base our concept on:
- Quality accommodation in both our premium and standard chalets -
all chalets have en-suite facilities, electric boot warmers, logfires
and free WIFI as standard and most have hot-tubs
- A large range of self catered accommodation to suit your needs- from small apartments to luxury chalets in a number of resorts - all available to book online if you prefer
- Excellent catering whichever catered chalet you choose - our
menus are set centrally and our staff are trained how to prepare them
so you will find the same excellent quality wherever you go
- Full English breakfast every day except staff day off, unlimited "eat as much as you like" served afternoon
tea and a three or four course evening meal with unlimited bottled wine
during the meal - no need to spend money in mountain restaurants with
our holidays!
- Pre-booking service for ski passes, lessons and equipment
rental with discounts available and everything ready in the chalet on
your arrival
- Quality staff - no inexperienced kids running chalets, our staff are all fully trained and managed closely in the resort
